- Monday - Pizza
- Tuesday - Coconut Lime Chicken with Chiles (trying this one that Everyday Reading linked to on her blog, from Meal Planning 101)
- Wednesday - Sausage and Spinach Risotto
- Thursday - Jalapeno Turkey Burgers (just add lots of spices like cumin, chili powder, and cayenne along with unseasoned breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, onion and jalapeno to ground turkey and grill)
- Friday - taking the kids out to celebrate finishing the first week of school!
- Saturday - Seven Flavor Beef and Brown Rice
- Sunday - Chopped salads with romaine, grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, red onion, blue cheese and champagne vinaigrette
